In order to better test the service life of LEDs, Feasa developed the LED Life Analyser, which enables LED values to be measured under extreme temperatures. This model can measure at temperatures from -65 °C to +125 °C.
The fibres used in the Life Analyser are specially designed for use at extreme temperatures. To support this, specific optical heads made of selected materials were designed to withstand the high temperatures.
The Feasa Life Analyser is available in 3, 5, 10 and 20 channel configurations. The interfaces are USB, RS232 and daisy chain.
The associated test software continuously tests the LEDs at fixed time intervals and saves the results to the hard drive. The software can also send updates via e-mail.
