Audible signalling devices for the explosive area
In the oil and gas industry and during the processing, transport or storage of flammable gases, liquids or dust, large quantities of explosive substances are released. In those cases where signaling via light is not necessary or appropriate for the situation, many companies resort to horns and sounders for explosive areas. These devices must be adapted to the extreme conditions in order to warn by sound signal in the potentially explosive area.
