In developing and certifying the REBEL, the safety of people and their most valuable tools - their hands- has taken centre stage. In so doing, we have managed to combine the highest level of comfort (by including supple nappa leather the version which is used) with extreme levels of resistance against cuts (by using a high cut secure knit made from KEVLAR® and stainless steel). Annual review of production, safety and hazardous material in accordance with the (German) Equipment and Product Safety Act (GPSG). Characteristics: - palm: made from soft, supple & highly sensitive nappa leather for instances where work involves fingertip sensitivity - the hand part is completely strengthened with KEVLAR® ‘Inox’ stainless steel, a high cut secure - interlock made of 40% KEVLAR® - 60% stainless steel (alternatively:cut protection - is only applied to the underside of the hand, topside of the hand is cotton) - can be supplied with a short (overall length approx. 28 cm) or long split (hide) gauntlet (overall length of the glove approx. 35 cm) - category II in accordance with EN 388:2003 – performance levels 4543 1.
