Description

With and without mixer. All capacities. Stainless steel 304 or 316 L. Tilting or fixed model These vessels are designed for pressure cooking and therefore for temperatures higher than 100°C in the cooking, for example, of tripe, snail, chickeas etc. Over 0.5 bar pressure (110°C) the vessels are submitted for control by a Notified Agency. They are manufactured in a range of sizes in 304 or 316 L. They can be fixed or tilting. heating, always with a jacket maybe by gas, electric or steam.
