Slitting line

Combined slitting line that allows the longitudinal cuts of coils, shear pf formats or the combination of both. It brings together in the same very compact unit, the material straightening system, the advance system with a precision servomotor, the longitudinal cut and the transversal cut. Its use is intended for cutting light materials frequently used in the manufacture of air conditioning ducts, pipes and accessories for rainwater installations, covers, boilers, cutting formats for second operations, etc. Options: motorized decoiler, motorized holding arm system, coil loading cart, table for the introduction of the first loop, scrap gatherer, coil gathering decoiler, material tensioner for compact coil winding… etc.
