P-PACK - Automatic socks packaging machine
Automatic socks packaging machine for sports socks packs with pre-glued card.
Features:
The sock packaging machine uses “pre-glued packs”. The device can pack folded socks in 1, 2 or 3 pairs with a large variety of pack shapes.
Print and placement of a sticker on the back of pack.
Folding of the card of the packaging.
Manual fold and load of the socks
Transfer/application of promotional sticker
Stacking and insertion of the socks into the pack.
Insertion of the nylon/polypropylene tag into the sock pack by using the System 1000™ or Fine Fabric™ with long needle pneumatic modules.
