Concrete spreader

Concrete spreaders are required in all precast plants. Due to diverse applications, there is also a huge variety of types of concrete distributors. It ranges from simple distribution buckets to automatic concrete spreading systems. The machines shown here are optimised for the respective factories and are produced as rail-bound units or bridge devices. Also crane-mounted machines are often used in stationary plant types. The choice of the discharge is decisively influenced by the types of elements and can be executed as a segment seal, belt, plate slide or screw discharge. Each version can be additionally equipped with discharge rollers for accurate dosing or agitator for equal concrete mixing (colour concrete, self compacting concrete)
