The profile bending machines model ROLLSECTION are designed to bend different types of profiles, from commercial to special ones. They are equipped with three driving rolls, with two independent translating side rolls and a fixed upper roll. They can work on horizontal or vertical position, they are complete with two digital readouts, placed on the control console, which indicate the position of the two side bending rolls. The shafts are well sized and built in special steel with hardening heat treatment, the profile bending rolls are modular and thanks to the different combinations they allow the rolling of several sizes and types of profiles. The independent external corrector devices move in a three-dimensional way to guide and correct any torsion of the asymmetrical profiles at the exit of the bending rolls. The profile bending machine ROLLSECTION has two rotation speeds, the translation of the side rolls with variable speed, the device for controlling the peripheral speeds between the upper and side rolls and the hydraulic control unit incorporated in the structure of the machine.
