The EZ-100H system's design is engineered to attach reduced sleeve labels to small-diameter, miniature unstable cylindrical products such as lipsticks, pencils, mascaras and lip balms that are not easily elevated standing erect. The system has a horizontal applicator installed with many significant features such as: Allen Bradley PLC & touch screen HMI, 3-color light stack, passive reduction system and Category 3 safety circuitry; a creative after-tamp and sleeve-centering station, a small compact heat tunnel, a 12 roller conveyor belt that rotates product inside the heat tunnel and a discharge ramp for a gentle release of products from the system, all erected on a monobloc frame with casters. This is a solution that is used in high-standard beauty and personal care companies around the world.
