The long-term available, fanless computer Linux DX-2400 is designed for easy DIN-rail mounting. Numerous interfaces enable easy integration into IoT-, M2M-, industrial communication and data logging applications. The DX-2400 supports two CAN 2.0A/2.0B-, two 10/100Base-T Ethernet LAN interfaces, multiple RS232 and RS422/485 ports, an 1-Wire port and two 480 Mbit/s USB ports. The powerful and ultra-low-power ARM computer comes with 256MB Flash, 128MB DDR, 4MB Flash Data and a removable microSD card.
A hardware watchdog ensures maximum operational reliability and system availability as well as the software resettable optional WiFi interface. The wide-range DC input power supply can be optionally switched via an on/off-line combined with software control. An additional available UPS automatically signals a power supply interruption to the operating system. The Debian Linux and the Compact Linux are kernel version 4 based and multi bootable. Applications can be programmed in any programming language such as C / C ++, Java, Python, PHP and many more. The CAN interfaces are accessible via the standardized socket CAN interface. Numerous turnkey protocol suites such as CANopen library, Modbus library with Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII and Modbus-TCP, a BACnet and SNMP library allow the rapid integration into specific environments. Webserver, FTP, VPN, SQLite and MySQL database systems and many other protocols and services ensure a quick and easy system integration.
