The semi-automatic filling machine that works with a weight measuring system fills all kinds of liquid/semi-liquid products between 5 kg and 30 kg with high precision into packaging such as plastic buckets, jerry cans, tin cans, cardboard box and such. In the machine the packaging left on the filling platform by the operator is filled without spillage at two speeds with the pneumatic system nozzle. The product is fed with pressure to the single-filling head machine from the storage tank by free flow or the appropriate pump. As the operator transfers the filled packaging from the idler roller to the exit conveyor, he takes the new empty packaging onto the platform and re-starts the fill. It gives very good results by operating in a precise and quick manner within tolerances, especially for the filling of industrial packaging.
