LD X00X PAL series automatic volumetric liquid filling machines are designed to fill liquid and semi-liquid products with high precision and performance. Empty bottles placed on the linear running conveyor are automatically delivered under the filling nozzles. The product to be filled is fed to the filling heads from the storage tank or from its level controlled intermediate balance tank mounted on the machine. The machine fills the product into the bottles at the set rate. As the filled bottles are carried to the capping machine for capping, they are automatically replaced by the incoming empty bottles. The number of filling heads varies according to the desired capacity, depending on the properties of the product to be filled and the packaging form.
