In the LD X00X SAL series machines that fill foaming liquid products such as water, anti-freeze, olive oil, glass cleaning liquid automatically with a leveling system, the product is filled into the packaging from the balance tank on the machine by free flow. In the machine empty bottles are placed under the nozzles automatically by the conveyor. The foam generated during the filling accumulates in the accumulation tank in the machine and is turned back into the product and is sent back to the balance tank. The full bottles are conveyed to the capping machine for the capping operation and are replaced by incoming empty bottles. The machine which has a filling head number depending on the targeted capacity has a performance that changes based on the properties of the product to be filled and the packaging form.
