The machine that works with a weight measuring system fills all kinds of liquid/semi-liquid product into 60 lt plastic can/jerrycan/drum, 100 lt plastic barrel, 216 lt cylindrical sealed drum and IBC or similar packaging on the pallet in groups of 2s or 4s with high precision. The filling operation is performed without spillage at two speeds with the pneumatic system nozzle. In the machine equipped with a single filling head the product is fed from the storage tank by free flow or by an appropriate pump using pressure. The filling head is centered manually on the packaging by the operator. The filled packaging is taken from the filling platform by a pallet jack, forklift or displaced automatically to the exit conveyor by a motorized roller conveyor (selectable in options) . The performance of the machine depends on the features of the filling product and the size of the package/package opening.
