IMPORTANT: POLYP GRAP WILL BE BRAND NEW • With legs half open, the scrap polyp has a volume of 250 lt. • The scrap polyp has 6 legs. The legs operate hydraulically. They are half-closed type, and suitable both for loading rough and small materials. • The scrap polyp can turn around its axis at an endless angle with a system consisting of a slewing ring, pinion gear, and a hydro motor. • The connection shafts used at joint places of the polyp grab are produced from SAE 4140 material, hardened 50-55 HRC with heat treatment, and ground. • Cylinder tubes are St 44 quality and manufactured from seamless steel drawn material, and their inner surfaces are honed at H8 tolerance. Piston rods are manufactured of Ck 45 quality material, and covered with 50-micron hard chrome at the diameter, and their surface is ground at f7 tolerance. • Sealing components used in the hydraulic cylinders are manufactured by ISO 9001:2015 certified companies, and piston seals are manufactured of compact seal; real seals of polyurethane; O’rings of hydraulic liquid, and rubber material not affected by the pressure and temperature. • Surfaces of the scrap polyp in contact with metals are made of wear-resistant Hardox or equivalent Hardox material.
