Description

The Azure 280 gives you the same sensitivity as chemiluminescent detection on film, but without the hassles of a darkroom and the expense of a bulky film developer. It makes image acquisition as easy as placing your blot into the instrument and pressing a button—no more wasting time testing multiple film exposures to get the best image. Quantitative Chemiluminescent Imaging Just as sensitive as film, but easier and quantitative, the Azure 280 will revolutionize your chemiluminescent workflows and eliminate the need for a darkroom. With the Azure 280, the software notifies you when bands are saturated and not suitable for quantitation. A 6.1MP camera provides high resolution imaging perfect for publications. Change the sample to optics distance using adjustable height shelf for enhanced detection. Zoom into the area of interest with ROI imaging to reduce background. "Safe" Dye Detection A less toxic alternative to ethidium bromide, less-harmful “Safe” dyes can be imaged with the EPI Blue LEDs standard in the Azure 280 and all other Azure Imaging Systems. Intuitive capture software controlled by a wide touchscreen The Azure 280 provides high-resolution imaging ideal for publication purposes, as well as higher pixel well cap for higher dynamic range.
