Description

The PAE series is a new innovative generation of pallet labelers that can apply labels to pallets on up to three sides using either pneumatic and/or electric traversing axes. The labels are printed in real time with individual data immediately before the dispensing process. The model series was developed to integrate thermal transfer print modules from various manufacturers. Optional automatic height adjustments are available to approach different application heights on the pallet. Complete product traceability is essential today, so interest in intelligent pallet labeling workflows is very high. The model series can handle label formats up to DIN A4, enabling product labeling in accordance with global GS1 standards. The PAE model series is characterized by modularity, ease of maintenance and service. Particular attention was paid to this during development. All components are clearly arranged and optimally accessible. Depending on requirements, the housing can be manufactured in a robust aluminum or stainless steel design or as an open variant for integration into an existing protective fence. The units of the PAE model series can also be used in harsh environmental conditions and can be equipped with air conditioning or heating units on request. The unit is available in either left-hand or right-hand design. This ensures easy integration into existing production lines.
