Description

The VSE8_T range is the vertical version of the B8_T range, with an automatic lift-sole. It is particularly adapted to vertical and larger parts. The vertical lift-sole furnaces of the VSE8_T furnace family are designed for the main heat treatments and brazing at high temperature of vertical loads. The completely automatic system of movements of the hearth facilitates the loading of delicate parts to be handled (front cutting edge clearance angle of the sole). These furnaces are the vertical versions of the horizontal vacuum furnaces of the B8_T furnace family. These high-pressure furnaces, from 1,4 to 12 bars, guarantee cooling rates that are compatible with the most demanding applications and ensure a high level of quenching homogeneity while limiting the risks of distortion. These vacuum furnaces can be equipped with convection to reduce the heating time and also to carry out homogeneous low-temperature heat treatments such as vacuum tempering cycles, often complementary to vacuum gas quenching. As per the selected options, this equipment will be specially adapted for vacuum treatments of steel quenching (without surface oxidation), hyperquenching of stainless steel, bright annealing, ageing, stress relieving, brazing, sintering, special alloys degassing, steel tempering and ALLCARB® low-pressure carburising. The fully automatic installation enables perfect reproducibility of results. BMICRO is an economical alternative for the treatment of small loads while B8_T will be recommended for compact loads.
