The Spiral Flat Rigid Coverings represent the ideal solution for operations requiring minimal overhead space and durable protection against weather conditions. Spiral Flat Insulated Rapid Doors are particularly effective when there is a need to significantly reduce the overhead size. They offer unbeatable features such as thermo-acoustic insulation, speed, and safety. The unique design allows the door to slide parallel to the ceiling, without the need for ceiling-anchored supports and preloaded spring systems. This door ensures a distinctly superior durability over time, reaching up to 3 million opening/closing cycles, with an opening speed of up to 2 m/s. The Spiral Flat Rigid Coverings, thanks to their robust structure and the mantle made up of rigid elements, allow the external installation of the covering, simplifying logistical activities and protecting underlying materials from weather conditions. The patented circular spiral winding, made of high-density polyethylene, occurs without the aid of a winding shaft. This technology, with a double push-pull chain, allows the mantle to be installed at any slope, including horizontal positioning. This rigid covering, robust and composed of aluminum elements, moves on patented high-density polyethylene guides, ensuring greater resistance to wear. The absence of steel cables (also normally subject to wear) ensures movement through a double push-pull chain and the absence of installation constraints offers the possibility to install the mantle at any inclination. Thanks to the 400V three-phase motorization, these rigid coverings are suitable for intensive use, ensuring continuity of service.
