Description

A fillet skinned by the BAADER 59 is perfectly smooth. The machine is designed to handle fillets tail first, resulting in a shallow skinned, high yield fillet. BAADER skinning technology gives a perfect skinning result, including the tail tip. Even soft products are skinned very gently. One special feature of the BAADER 59 is that the skinned fillets leave the machine already stretched out and separate from each other. This allows for easy inspection and further processing. No manual straightening is necessary. The BAADER 59 has been developed to work seamlessly with our filleting machines, the BAADER 582 and BAADER 588 (for a perfect workflow). B’Logic® is our dedicated software solution for performance monitoring and yield control. - Gentle handling guarantees more A-grade fillets - Straight and separate output for easy inspection and trimming - In-line transfer from any filleting machine In-line transfer from any filleting machine - Optimal workflow High quality – even at the tail - No loss of yield - Silver skin remains on the fillets - The tail tip stays intact
