The measurements are used to adjust the deboning process automatically to achieve the highest yield. - Possible to select the desired degree of automation - Automatic processing adjustments optimize yield and product quality - Variety of high quality fillet products - The machine concept is modular to fit customers’ end-product requirements - Production recipes available for easy production switch - Easy production adjustments on a touchscreen - Lifting doors minimize the space requirements around the machine - Easy process monitoring through panoramic windows - Designed for easy washdown Breast caps are manually loaded on the machine saddles and carried through a mechanical deskinning, cutting and scraping process. The breast cap positioning throughout the processing steps is optimized by turning the saddle according to the tools. The saddles are removable to ensure easy and hygienic cleaning. Each breast cap is measured in order to adapt the cutting and scraping tools to the size being processed. The result is maximized yield and excellent fillet quality at all times. After automatic processing, fillets and tenders are harvested manually at the provided workplaces. Manual harvesting makes it possible to achieve the highest end-product quality.
