The 6-Axes CNC machining working centre model MASTER-JET is a FLEXIBLE AND UNIVERSAL MACHINE suitable for every kind of production. MASTER-JET combines the advantage of gantry frame machine of MASTER range (customizable X,Y,Z strokes) with the advantages of JET series machines equipped with automatic hopperfeeders (high productivity compared with manual loading). MASTER-JET is equipped with 2 Independent moving tables and 1 or 2 automatic hopperfeeder (pieces magazines). MASTER-JET is a FLEXIBLE solution to every production needs since it equipped with automatic hopperfeeder able to slide and also removable pneumatic clamps fixed on the steel supports of the working tables. The extreme flexibility of these technical solutions allows all possible type of loading as: - FULL MANUAL LOADING (both tables are used for manual loading/unloading) - HALF MANUAL LOADING- HALF AUTOMATIC LOADING (through 1 automatic magazines in front of 1 or both working stations). - FULL AUTOMATIC LOADING (both automatic magazines are used). Thanks also to our EXCLUSIVE PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE "PITAGORA" developed by P.BACCI, on MASTER-JET is possible to have FULLY AUTOMATIC positioning of the pneumatic clamps and also of the TGV (Table with Geometry Variable) steel arms of the working tables, without the needs of the operator.
