Description

The high efficiency MHTS Paddle dryer is specially designed according to ASME VIII div.1 - AD-2000 - EN-13445 for products with pseudo plastic behavior during the drying phase, with a high torque demand. The device contains completely heated Shell, Shaft and paddles to maximize the heat exchange ratio. The presence of minimal gap between the paddles and the warm wall enables an effective and continuous renewal of the product in contact. The dryer offers capacities ranging from 50 up to 30.000 liters. The heavy duty equipment is suitable for processes with high viscosity. It utilizes full torque with a variable velocity and offers batch-wise operation. The paddle features maximum tightness, 1 Tor vacuum level and optionally operates with up to 30 bar(g) atmospheric operating pressure. The module operates at up to 350ºC operation temperatures with highest thermal efficiency and shortest drying cycles. It offers repetitive operation, reproducible and easy to scale up. CE stamping is included according to Safety for Machinery Directive 98/37/CE.
