Description
The model MCV-NS/NCS is a vertical conical vacuum dryer which features a sanitary design. It has a maximized heated area and can be used for all types of wet products. Its working principle involves a thoroughly heated conical vessel with a mixing system through a vertical screw.
The dryer has a capacity that runs from 30 to 10,000 liters. It also features an ultra vacuum batch operation, as well as a vacuum level that is less than 1 Tor. The machine can work within temperatures that can reach up to 200 °C. It has a repetitive operation which can be easily reproduced and scaled up.
