The BALTECH HI-1610 is a lightweight, compact induction heater with electronic control. Its maximum bearing weight is 12-kg, and inner and outer diameters are 14-mm and 210-mm respectively. The heater’s height is 100-mm and weight is 70-mm. The small size of the heater allows for it to be easily carried over to a place of maintenance or service companies. For transportation, it’s carried in a portable case. The induction heating of rings, parts, and bearings can be conducted both in vertical and horizontal position. Automatic demagnetization of the parts is provided by the heater after heating to the defined temperature. The bearings can also be heated without a time limit. The frequency is 50-Hz and the voltage/current is 220/6 A.
