The HI-1670 by Baltech GmbH is an Induction heater which is designed for bearing. This is the equipment ideal for repair and maintenance departments. Using this tool, installation of gear drive and replacement of large bearings, rings and coupling can be done easily. It features its unit having a quality assembly for effective dismantling of bearings and gear drives. The whole unit weighs about 200 kg which can be used for large size bearings having a weight of about 560 kg. For its other functionality, it can load up a gear that has minimum inner diameter of about 60 mm and a maximum outer diameter of about 1020 mm. The heating of bearing can be done from different orientation may it be vertically or horizontally.
