Description

The Hydraulic Oil Heat Exchanger designed specifically for exchanging heat with fluids is equipped with a compact dimension and low weight. These Plate heat exchangers are comprised of stainless steel AISI 316 plates and connections being vacuum brazed with cooper and provide highest possible performance along with a high degree of efficiency. The reduced efficiency takes care of lowering the cooling water quantity needed to transfer the heat and thus reduces the operating costs as well. The turbulent flow required for transferring the heat is supplied by the plates that are exceptionally moulded and enable the device with an enhanced level of mechanical strength. The device providing efficient Heat Transfer for Hydraulic Oil Cooling can operate in water glycol, HFC operating fluids, Water and oil mediums. The exchanger is operable in the temperature range of 10°C to 225°C with freezing and boiling point consideration, a pressure of max 45 bar up to 225°C, testing pressure 60bar. The corrosion specifications include Free chlorine. CL2<0.5ppm while Chloride ions CL<700ppm at 20°C and <200ppm at 50°C, all at a PH value of 7.
