Integrated base and 45° slant bed has undergone a strict aging treatment, so fluent chip disposal and friendly cutting space is ensured. The single cartridge type spindle is supported by imported angular contact ball bearings. It has been balanced dynamically and rotates smoothly at high speed. Span distance of z-axis precision linear guideways is 440mm with a precision ball screw located between. So total rigidity of machine is enhanced and accuracy is lasting. The widened T-shaped cross slide can easily hold comb tool block, horizontal turret or revolving tool holder. The separate rear/side mounted coolant tank ensures fluent chip disposal and easy chip removal.
