Bartz scrap saws are used to quickly and efficiently cut longer sections into manageable parts so that these can be recycled internally. The saw demonstrates its full usefulness especially when used in addition to the Bartz plate saw.
The scrap sections placed on to the saw system are automatically cut to the required length and stacked into scrap containers that can be filled consecutively. The sections can then be easily removed with a forklift and recycled. The scrap pieces to be cut are automatically clamped before and after the saw blade, ensuring a rapid and reliable cut. The clamping, advancing and sawing processes are performed fully automatically. The whole system is made safe using protective devices, and features a sound-insulated operator cabin.
