GSM GPRS 19 inch Rack modem Bausch Datacom has developed a 19" GSM modem rack system based on the Proxima and Indubox modem technology. High performance and reliability are the key features of this modem technology. The development of GSM/GPRS Indubox Modems for the electricity market is our core business. The Proxima GSM 19 inch rack system consists of max. 10 GSM modem rackcards, a 19” rack including power-supply, Antenna combiner, Antenna and a Terminal Server system for SNMP management. The typical application is a GSM dial-out (CSD data) concentrator for connecting GSM or PSTN modems in the field. The modems can be managed by a Digi Ethernet terminal server system using the SNMP protocol.
