The test fluid is hydraulic oil.
The working diagram include impulsive pressure steps and component flushing.
Using a dedicated hydraulic circuit the test bench is able to generate a test cycle done by maintenance and controlled pressure ramps (up & down) according to the following:
SAEJ343 - DIN20024 - ISO18869 - ISO1402.
The connection system consists of two manifolds: one fixed and the other sliding on a suitable guide able to contains the stresses coming from burst test.
Maximum distance between collector connections: 1600 mm.
The working steps are:
• Setting pressure cycle with ramps and stationary steps by inserting pairs of points (time-pressure).
• Filling and deaeration phase with flow visual indication.
• impulsive pressure steps and component flushing.
• Pressure test: from 5 up to 100 bar;
• Square wave pulse: from 0,5 to 5 sec;
• Max Temperature: 120 °C.
• Pressure transmitter: f.s. 150 bar, cl 0,25%
