B_22765 test bench is designed to test leakage from: - heat exchangers - Other similar components The fluid test is compressed air. Test specimens are placed into test tank and immersed into water, than filled with air. Operator can double check situation looking at bubbles from window or looking control panel. The machine working cycle is: - Insertion of test specimen into tank - Filling tank with water - Sealing of tank - Setting test pressure or test pressure vs time diagram - Test itself • Pressure test: 4 bar (max); • Pressure transmitter: f.s. 6 bar, cl 0,25% • Or manometer (only visual inspection) SAFETY DEVICES: • Open doors electric control • Open doors interlock • Test area with metal lids against shots and fluid leaks • Emergency button • Test shut down if component failure; oil leakage or test bench warning POWER SUPPLY: • Electric: 230 Vac-50 Hz-600 W • Air: 6 bar • Water: < 3,5bar (supply)
