B_22310 test bench is designed to execute test according to ISO5011. Test capability: • Absolute filter – test method; • Starting efficiency; • Ending efficiency; • Capacity; • Dust powder ISO 12013-A2; • Water contamination and efficiency. Test specimen can be paced: • Into dedicated duct (if complete housing filter is used); • Into dedicated fixture (if just membrane filter is used). A laminar flow meter measures air passing through filter Delta pressure across filter in test allows to evaluate the efficiency. During test all these parameters are recorded: • Relative humidity • Gravimetric efficiency To simulate real working conditions, during test, a gravimetric dispenser, injects powder into filter duct, with precise quantity. Clogging the filter. Operator can records realtime all the filter parameters choosing a constant flow or a constant delta-pressure test.
