The B_23164 test bench is designed for simulated solar radiation tests on laminated glass.
The machine is able to perform radiation tests:
• At constant power;
• At constant temperature;
• Following increasing temperature profiles;
• Following profiles with cooling option.
A removable casing allows the positioning and reference of the glass by means of mechanical support devices, in the area outside the test chamber, to facilitate the ergonomics of work.
3 probes with ground joint with the glass detect the température in points definables by the user, while another probe, with exposed joint, highlights the température trend in the test chamber
Using a spécifie PID température controller, with 4 control zones, the machine allows the complété définition of a thermal test cycle that can be freely set by the operator.
The instant view of the trends of the quantities concerned over time and the complété recording of the test conditions, with adjustable frequency, can be recorded in the main tab formats.
Log files can be exported for post-processing and/or vérification in .csv format.
