Offshore nuclear power platform power generation steam turbine is a national key project developed by All 3D Company in cooperation with China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation 719. Offshore nuclear power platforms are small mobile offshore nuclear power stations that can provide safe and reliable energy supply for offshore oil extraction and remote coastal islands. The platform demonstration project has been listed in the "National Energy Science and Technology Major Demonstration Project Management Measures" list, and it is a demonstration project for military to civilian conversion. Turbine is an important device of offshore nuclear power platform and will fill the technical gap in the field of civil nuclear power ships in China. During the first phase of the project, Beijing Quansanwei Co., Ltd. cooperated with 719 Hetai Heavy Group to complete the overall design of the second circuit and the design of the 25MW nuclear power turbine for land use. The design of main condensers and other parts, and the supply of some key parts, provide process guidance and production supervision for the whole machine production, and participate in the installation and overall commissioning of the platform generator set. This design is the first of its kind in the country. During the design process, a large number of technical and technological problems need to be solved. In addition to the assessment of the conventional design methods and experience for the main parts, a large number of 3D finite element strength calculations and analyses were performed at the same time.
