The hydraulic oil station forms a significant part of the ZGM coal mill. The output range of coal mills expand from the former 40%-100% to the current 25% -100%, and improves ZGM coal mill's economic efficiency, safety and stability. 2. When varying the unit output, it avoids frequent activating of coal mills. The convenient performance enables better dynamic response of the unit to the power grid. 3. It reduces vibration and prolongs service life of wear-resisting parts such as grinding plate, grinding track liner, and grinding rollers, thus lowers the cost on spare parts and maintenance. 4. It enables the coal mill to always operate in optimal condition, so that realizes energy conservation by lowering power consumption by 20%. 5. Before coal mill activation, the grinding rollers lift and gearbox is unloaded. It substantially decreases the gearbox thrust force, therefore enables the sliding bearings to form oil layer and prolongs the thrust pad service life. 6. In addition to appliance of this hydraulic loading system to ZGM coal mills, it also values application and promotion to other types of coal mills such as MPS, HP, RP and etc.
