BPEG developed ZXF combined type dynamic classifier series with independent intellectual property right. The ZXF series dynamic classifiers are commonly used in power generation industry, mechanical industry, cement industry, metallurgy industry, etc. There're more than 1000 sets of such classifiers have been produced and utilized in both domestic and overseas markets.
Carrying coal powder, primary air is pre-classified in the static blades area. The static blades turn the powder air flow from two-phase flow into tangential flow. After the pre-classifying, the two-phase powder air flow enters the rotary rotor blades classifying area for the second classifying. A centrifugal field is formed between the static blades area and rotor blades area. Mixed air and coal powder flow to the rotor blades in tangential direction. During rotary, rotor blades generate centrifugal accelerated speed, which alters according to the rotary speed of the rotor. The lower the rotary speed, the slower the centrifugal accelerated speed, vice versa. When the centrifugal force on the coal powder triumphs the gravitational force from the air flow, the powder will be classified.
The adjustable range of classifier is wide, and the operation performance curve tend to be linearized. The fineness is between R90=3% and R90=35%, which satisfies coal fineness 90=3%-8% in cement industries, as well as coal powder fineness R90=10% in power plants under circumstances of using fault coal. It also improves coal powder evenness.
