The earthing transformer is used to provide a grounding neutral point for the three-phase power grid, which can be connected to the ground directly, through the arc suppression coil, through the small resistance and through the current-limiting reactor. It is applicable for the isolated neutral system. It is of the voltage class of 6~66kV in China and below 33kV abroad. Technical Features include: The dry-type series adopts the epoxy cast insulation system with oil-free medium and excellent safety; the coil is provided with class-F insulation and heat resistance, and it is casted into a solid integral. If it is equipped with the secondary winding, it can be a substitute for the station transformer to reduce the investment with small floor area, which is suitable for the city substation. The oil-immersed type series can be used outdoors because it is equipped with excellent adaptability to various atmospheres.
