TN370C Oven is designed with 7 heating-zones to offer full hot air lead-free reflow. The oven uses SR solid relay (450V) that possess large power and pressure prevention to offer safe and reliable non-contact output. The oven uses fuzzy control and data collection functions to monitor the furnace chamber's temperature change and heat number. The heating component is then controlled with the least pulse and quick response to maintain accurate temperature control and prevent the damage of equipment from high current and high voltage. Each room fits a safety pipe which offers high temperature and high pressure resistant function to ensure safe and calm running of the entire system.
