The TP series is a completely automated desktop SMT placement machine that can be placed on different components with the help of a vacuum nozzle and is easily the most cost-effective auto-placement equipment in the market. Most of the chip components like 0402, SOIC, PLCC and QFP IC are best suited for this equipment. The system can achieve precisions of the order of 0.65 mm pitch on the BGA or QFP IC chips for placement as well as the standard round reference point. Screen printing solder paste is not used and a square PCB and ring-type through-hole pad are also considered these days as reference points.
