Digital Concrete Test Vebe Consistometer UT4013 The Vebe Consistometer determines the consistency and density of low slump roller-compacted concrete. The sample is placed in the mold and the surcharge weight is placed on top. The vibrator is started and the time for the concrete to consolidate and form a mortar ring is recorded. The surcharge is then removed and the concrete is vibrated further. This tester is used to determine of consistency and workability of concrete.
