WORLDIA ISO PCD Turning Inserts can be used in many fields including car industry, energy equipment, and the wood and stone industry. It can be used to cut and process different materials such as nonferrous metal, tungsten carbide, ceramic, nonmetal and composite material.
APPLICATIONS
PCD tools are limited to non-ferrous materials, such as high-silicon aluminium, metal matrix composites (MMC) and carbon fibre reinforced plastics (CFRP).
PCD with flood coolant can also be used in titanium super-finishing applications.
