The specially designed edge sewing machine is used to convert especially the open witdh prefixed lycra woven fabrics into tube form by folding the ends and sewing the edges. Its simplicity and practicality makes it very efficient. The machine operates automatically until folding and the operator does not need to do any adjustment. Due to perfect sewing, the problems which might arose due to folds and wrinkles are eliminated. The equipment that helps the automatic operation of the machine are: Centering Unit: It provides that the fabric is centered properly. Stainless Triangle: It prevents the wale turns. Rope Tear Alarm: It stops the machine automatically after the work has finished.. Air Nozzles: It provides that the fabric has a proper edge before centering the sewing machine.
