BERNHARDTS manufactures its stand-up pouches with side gussets from single to ultra high barrier films. In sizes from 3L, these pouches are much stronger than a Doypack® and offer a real alternative to rigid containers. Their square base gives them excellent stability. They can be fitted with a base and screw cap either at the top or on the front. • They offer excellent strength and can contain up to 10L. • Easy to carry with handles at top and bottom (bottom only for pouches with screw cap at top). • They are easy to empty with a continuous and precise flow preventing any air intake. • Compared to rigid containers, they occupy 90% less space prior to filling. • The outer film can be printed with promotional or informative content. • High barrier film version for extra sensitive products. • Suitable for hot fill, self-pasteurization and sterilization. Volume : from 1L to 10L Our stand-up pouch with side gussets is a flexible container which is perfectly stable. Also, it comes in various sizes from 1L to 10L, with 1 inch spout at the front or at the top. Moreover, we use a wide range of fitments that are compatible with standard filling machinery. Furthermore, filling may be done via the spout or the top of the pouch. We work with a wide range of multi-layer films and especially with ultra high barrier films.
