The 3L series deadbolt, manufactured by Best, is a deadbolt that is locked and unlocked using a key. Its key can be taken out in locked or unlocked position. Its bolt is made out of stainless steel, the springs are phosphor bronze, and all other parts are brass. It meets the requirements of ANSI/BHMA A156.11.
