The 5K Series of Door Handle with Lock, manufactured by BEST Access systems, is designed to suit a 2 3/4" and 2 3/8" back set. It is configured in a 3" diameter rose without exposed mounting screws. This device is also made to achieve the ADA Title III requirements and Illinois Accessibility Standard.
