Miniature compression fitting with 10-32 external thread, for 1/16″ OD stiff plastic or metal tubing. It has a 5/16” hex body. The model with 0.067” through hole is designed to allow tubing or a 1/16” diameter thermocouple to pass all the way through the fitting.
Max Pressure Rating: Configurations with a 0.067” through hole are rated to 1,000 psig in nickel plated brass and 3,000 psig in stainless steel, when used with high pressure metal tubing. The configuration with 0.032” through hole is rated to 8,000 psig when used with high pressure tubing. When using stiff plastic tubing, the burst pressure of the tube is typically the limiting factor.
Features
Beswick compression fittings give you the ability to operate at high pressures and temperatures while maintaining a small envelope.
Beswick’s ferrules provide for a leak-tight tubing connection while a captured O-ring ensures a reliable face seal for male threaded fittings.
Easy to install without special tools.
