Plastic Fusion Eco Slim (10474) The Plastic Fusion Eco is a complete plastic repair station for all which already have some standard plastic repair tools and accessories. It combines all necessary repair methods to be able to repair both thermoplasts and thermosets plastics. The system consists of two parts. The Unit The Plastic Fusion Eco has a display which shows the set temperature and the real temperature. This will indicate when the unit is ready to use. With the unit we can achieve a higher temperature at a lower air volume as this is the key to be able to achive a good bonding. With it we get the plastic faster up to its own melding flow index (MFI) which then makes it ideal for bonding. With the special designed flat welding strip we created a tool for a quick, simple and high quality repair. The Trolley The trolley has two desposit surfaces wich allow to stow the tools and components. On the side the tools can be hooked to, which allows for a clear working process.
