Use: Allows positioning heavy overhanging loads on a plate bracket fastened between the jack and the ball carriage, which controls both the load and accuracy, while adjustment occurs by means of the jack/rack system. Warning: If you use the knob for movement, the brake does not fully lock the position in order to protect the internal transmission devices.
