Please note: The deburrer is part of a production line combined with an automatic sawing machine. The SCM is developped for integration with every Bewo cuttling line, and suitable for tubes and bars. The machine consists of two chamfering units, that will be automatically set for the product length. With the application of quick exchange systems, the changeover time going to another diameter and or length is relatively short. The chamfering units are equipped with various cutting plates enabling chamfering of inside, outside of the tube, as well as making a precise flat edge. This all happens in one setup without the use of cutting fluid.
